Ever feel like you don’t belong? Today I explore the concept of confidence through my recent observations of a stray cat we named Alexander. He showed up a couple weeks ago on our farm and reminded me that sometimes, we just need to walk into a room like we belong there.
Often, we enter new situations assuming we are the odd one out, fearing judgment and rejection. But what if we walked in like we belonged there, just like Alexander? What if we focused on the commonalities we share with others rather than our perceived differences?
Funny how a stray cat reminded me that confidence isn’t about being the loudest or most dominant person in the room. It’s about being comfortable in your own skin and knowing that you have a place wherever you go. (Main topic starts at 6:31)

Hopefully this podcast episode will stick with you, and the next time you find yourself in an unfamiliar situation, you can channel your inner Alexander and walk in like you belong there. 😉
