Today’s interview is with Ken Eash of The Teen Catalyst podcast and The Constructive Liberty Podcast, and we talk about one of my favorite topics: personality types. While there are several different personality type assessments, Ken is a DISC certified consultant—so we focus on personalities from that perspective.

Ken and I have a great conversation about how personalities dictate our approach to life, the motivations of each personality type, how to view other personality types in a positive way, and how to get along with folks who view the world in a completely different way due to how they are wired. Because as Ken reminds us, we are wired, not weird.
