Small but mighty is definitely a thing.
In today’s episode, I share five tiny (but powerful!) phrases I’ve decided to live by in 2025. These short and sweet phrases, written on my office whiteboard, have given me clarity, perspective, and sanity as I wander through what this year has already set on my plate.
Today I’m talking about:
- The importance of letting go of control with “let them, let me,”
- the value of “trusting the story” of your life,
- the need to “put down the sword” in conversations
- finding resilience by “sailing the ship”
- embracing less than ideal situations by being “a dandelion, not a carrot.”
These phrases are itty bitty but they pack a powerful punch. I hope you find them helpful in your own journey this year. Main topic starts at 8:59!
