In this week’s episode, I dive into the patterns that define us. Listen in as I challenge you (and myself) to get real about the routines and behaviors we perpetuate day after day — sometimes without even realizing it.

I’m not talking about how much coffee you drink or whether you go to the gym. I’m talking about the fact that our actions, more than our words, prove who we are and dictate how others see us. It’s time to consider whether we’re teaching people to trust us, rely on us, or doubt us, based on the behaviors they see us repeat.

Habits and behaviors define our lives. If you’re really honest with yourself… what are you repeating?
